Interview | Open Case

Conduct interview with selected applicants, first responders, local community leaders, neighborhood to gain a full picture. Verify damage (if applicable) and due diligence documentation, create scope of work and begin operation review.

Case Selection: Finalize budget, approve scope of work, secure permits, execute rebuild/upgrade plan. Connect all volunteer, local organizations, community and corporate partnerships and agencies working on the project to develop unified command.

Review Project Milestones

Review budget constraints, timeline, and operational functions as project hits projected milestones.

Rebuild Projects: 3 months - 1 year on average for the entire process

Upgrade Projects : 1 week - 1 month on average, depending on complexity

Emergency Hazard Mitigation : Immediate, day of or relative speed, depending on complexity of disaster or environment.

Project Completion

Reveal project to affected family.

Establish dedication and memorial projects.

Capture the unheard story of recovery.
